-by request, i made another, little michael jackson picture. then, i added the augmented version of the boat picture i posted last week to add some bulk this post.
-this week, i'm packing up for school and tying up loose ends, so friday's post might suck. but, it's also the official end of my blog-summer, so i figure i should try to bring my a-game.

battleship

-Unfortunately, I actually wasn't too productive this weekend-- unless getting tan and eating count as accomplishing something. Plus, I had work, and my parents were away, so I had to take care of myself, take care of my dog, and prevent any crazy "Home Alone" scenarios. Independent living is hard work...
-However, I did make another one of those boat pictures-- I think it needs more chaos.
-Also, this week, my second post will be on Thursday (it'll be just like old times!) because I'm going out of town and I don't think I'll have internet access on Friday.

casual friday/recursive functions

-This week has been way busy, so I didn't really get my act together for this post. All I made is a little sketch I started at a train station of a lady who was sitting near me, which made me feel really creepy.
-Then, I shamefully started another boring abstract thing. Seriously, it's going to look different than the others when it's finished. I think I just couldn't resist doing one because I acquired some huge paper and more of my favorite shiny, and apparently quite carcinogenic, blue paint
-Monday's post should be an extravaganza of sorts. I'm feeling strangely productive.
-Also, I was stacking some stuff, and it just hit me that I inadvertently made a Yo Dawg Yo:
"Yo dawg, I heard you like being repetetive, so I put your picture in your picture so you can do the same thing while you do the same thing."

pre-season

-My Dad keeps asking me to make a picture of Terrell Owens. And, even though I think he's just mocking me, I plan to do one. So, in order to gear up for that, I watched the Bills game last night-- but he didn't play much, so that didn't work. Then, I watched some of his reality show and was inspired to make a picture of his friend/publicist/sidekick. I don't want to give myself props, but, I must say, it really does look like her.
-I think my Dad will like this one, even though it's not what he was expecting because he thinks my pictures of women are the biggest "moneymakers" when comparing the profitability of the types of things I make. He could be right about that-- let's put it this way, the race is pretty tight.

last minute

-This week really blurred, and I didn't realize today was Friday until pretty late, so all I have to post today is one of the backup pictures I made last week. Unfortunately, in retrospect, I'm not too enthusiastic about any of them.
-Monday's post should be interesting. I'm heading back to school pretty soon, so I need to get as much of the weird things I want to make out of my system while I still can make whatever I want. For some reason, the total artistic freedom I've had for awhile has become kind of burdensome, so I'm actually really eager to surrender it.
